Exhibition Report: ACS Clinical Congress 2026 in Washington, D.C.
KOTOBUKI Medical Exhibited at ACS Clinical Congress 2026
KOTOBUKI Medical participated in ACS Clinical Congress 2026, held from September 27 to 29, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., USA.
Organized by the American College of Surgeons (ACS), ACS Clinical Congress is an international conference that brings together surgeons and healthcare professionals from around the world to share the latest advances in surgical techniques, research, and medical education.
This was our third time exhibiting at the congress, where we introduced our surgical training products to surgeons, medical educators, and medical device manufacturers, primarily from the United States.
Welcoming Healthcare Professionals from Around the World
Over the three-day exhibition, approximately 200 visitors stopped by our booth.
We welcomed surgeons and representatives from hospitals, universities, medical education institutions, and medical device manufacturers, primarily from the United States, as well as Latin America, Europe, and other regions.
It was a great opportunity to connect with professionals involved in surgical training and medical education and receive their questions and feedback on our products.
Showcasing Our Products Through Hands-On Demonstrations
At this year’s exhibition, we showcased a wide range of surgical training products, including our VTT (Versatile Training Tissue) hernia and gallbladder models, hernia simulators, and dry-box simulators for robotic surgery.
Visitors had the opportunity to experience our products firsthand through hands-on demonstrations, allowing them to explore their features, handling, and potential applications.
Our VTT hernia model attracted particular interest. Many surgeons and medical educators participated in hands-on demonstrations, providing opportunities to discuss the model’s structure, handling characteristics, and potential applications in surgical education.
We also received positive feedback on the potential use of VTT as an alternative to biological tissue for surgical training, including its possible applications in training with energy devices.
Many visitors learned about our products for the first time, making the event an opportunity to introduce their features and applications to a wider audience.
Our Products in Action
Throughout the congress, we received various questions and feedback from representatives of universities and medical institutions regarding the use of our hernia and gallbladder models in surgical training.
We were also pleased to see our products being used for demonstrations at other medical device manufacturers’ booths, highlighting their applications beyond medical education.
These interactions helped us better understand how our products are being used in different settings and the needs of healthcare professionals.
Looking Ahead
Participating in ACS Clinical Congress 2026 allowed us to introduce our products to healthcare professionals from around the world and gain a deeper understanding of their applications in surgical training and medical education.
KOTOBUKI Medical remains committed to listening to the needs of healthcare professionals and providing practical and effective surgical training solutions.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who visited our booth and to all those who supported our participation in the congress.
Thank you for your continued interest and support of KOTOBUKI Medical.
