VTT Mucosa Type (VTT-MCS)
The VTT Mucosa Type Mucous Membrane Model was designed to practice ESD (endoscopic mucosal dissection). This VTT model consists of three layers representing the mucous membrane, the submucosa, and the muscular layer of the gastrointestinal lining.
When injected with our formulated injection fluid, the VTT Mucosa Type will bubble up and form a faux tumor, which can then be excised with electrosurgical devices. Our synthetic tissue doesn’t create carcinogenic smoke when dissected with energy devices, so you can practice in a clean, safe environment.
Caution:
- Please remove this product completely from its vacuum package before use and wipe it down with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Once opened, please store any excess product in a refrigerated area. Be sure to use it within three days after opening.
- Please throw this product away with other organic or burnable trash
- Please use this product (if unopened) within six months of initial purchase.
- Please do not store this product in temperatures that are below freezing or above boiling.
