VTT TUMOR-IN TYPE (VTT-TMI)
The VTT Tumor-In Type model is a block of Standard VTT Type tissue with two synthetic tumors embedded inside. Each tumor is made of denser VTT and is about half an inch in diameter.
This model can be used to practice tumor resection using either a regular scalpel or an energy device. As VTT is suturable, you can hold a full tumor excision technique from dissection to sewing up the excision site.
For full visualization of the surgery, we can create specific organs or body parts with these synthetic tumors (i.e., mammary glands, livers).
Caution:
- Please remove this product completely from its vacuum package before use and wipe it down with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Once opened, please store any excess product in a refrigerated area. Be sure to use it within three days after opening.
- Please throw this product away with other organic or burnable trash.
- Please use this product (if unopened) within six months of initial purchase.
- Please do not store this product in temperatures that are below freezing or above boiling.
