“RISING” is a 28-minute documentary program that follows the challenges of leading innovators in various industries and introduces Takayama as a “medical training innovator who creates realistic organs from familiar foods.”
The program, which took about four months to complete, was very rich in content. The medical professionals who work hard every day to improve their skills, our company’s efforts to make surgical training more accessible and realistic with VTT(a simulated organ derived from Konnyaku potato), and the new challenges of Konnyaku potato producers, a traditional Japanese agricultural industry.
